125 g botter

½ pakkie gemmerkoekies

Vir die vulsel:

1 blik kondensmelk

sap van 2 suurlemoene

450g ongegeurde Yoghurt

2 pakkies suurlemoenjellie

250 ml kookwater

½ tl vanilla essence

*geklopte room – opsioneel vir versiering


Krummel die koekies fyn tot jy broodkrummel effek het

Smelt die botter

Voeg die koekieskrummels by, meng deur

Gooi die krummels uit in tertpan

Druk die krummels vasMet die agterkant van ‘n lepel druk halfpad op tot teen die kante van die tertpan vas

Plaas in die yskas vir 40 min

Met die agterkant van ‘n lepel druk halfpad op tot teen die kante van die tertpan vas

Plaas in die yskas vir 40 min


Gooi jelliepoeier in ‘n klein bakkie Voeg vanilla by die kookwater en giet oor die jelliepoeier , roer tot opgelos en laat afkoel Giet die kondensmelk in ‘n bak en voeg die suurlemoensap geleidelik by terwyl jy aanhou klits tot die melk verdik Voeg die jogurt by en vou in

Laastens voeg die afgekoelde jellie by en meng goed deur, maar nie teveel karring nie Giet stadig in die krummebasis, versprei liggies eweredig

Plaas in die yskas vir ‘n paar uur As jy kies, kan jy die lekker styfgeklopte room opsit voordat dit bedien word
